I bought a gift but did not get the certificate or download link. Where is it?

After checkout you are taken to a confirmation screen with the download link straight away, and a backup email link is also sent automatically.

I want the certificate to have the recipient name and my message. Where do I add it?

The gift is personalised after purchase using the provided certificate template and included card files. You add the recipient name, your name, and your message directly on the files before sending or printing.

Can the recipient get the updates directly, not me?

Yes. The recipient can sign into the Impact Hub on our website to access updates, and they can sign up to the newsletter for planting day and forest visit announcements.

How do I buy more than one gift?

At the moment, our website platform only lets you purchase one digital gift of each tree variety per transaction, so you will need to place them one at a time.

Can I buy one bundle but give separate certificates to multiple people

Not from a single bundle. If you want different recipients and different messages, you will need to purchase separate gifts, one per recipient.

I thought this was being shipped. When will it be delivered?

Tree gifts are digital. Nothing is posted. You receive the digital gift files straight after checkout and can send them instantly or print them.

It is a memorial gift. Where do I add that on the order?

There is no separate memorial process. You simply include your dedication in the certificate and card message when you personalise the files.

Where will the trees be planted and can I visit?

The certificate includes forest coordinates. Planting days are in spring and forest visits are in summer. We publish them on our events page and share them through the newsletter.
