Yes. Partner materials vary depending on the partnership level selected.
Depending on your level, this may include photo and video annual updates, certificate of recognition, logo materials, staff or customer tree certificates, optional social media partnership announcement, or other partner materials.

Yes. Many organisations link their tree planting to a specific activity, such as each new customer, sale, supplier, employee, booking, completed project, or internal milestone.
Choose the number of trees you expect to plant over the year, or estimate your monthly or quarterly activity and select the partnership level that best fits.
If you end up planting more trees than expected, contact us at the end of the year and we can issue an additional invoice to cover the difference.
This keeps things simple for your, without needing to request a new invoice every time your activity changes.

Yes. All active partners receive photo and logo materials that they can use to share their partnership with Reforest Nation.
Partners can also choose to have a social media announcement shared as part of the partnership.
Some partnership levels also include additional recognition, such as having your organisation’s logo featured on the Reforest Nation website.

Yes. Organisations can make a one-time annual contribution, as long as it meets the minimum partnership level shown in Sapling Level.
A one-time contribution activates your partnership for one year. During that year, you receive the partner benefits included in your selected level.
At the end of the year, the partnership ends unless your organisation chooses to continue supporting Reforest Nation.
You are not locked into a long-term contract. If you stop supporting Reforest Nation, your active partner benefits end. You are always welcome to partner with us again in the future.

Yes. If your organisation requires a purchase order number, you can include it in the setup form.

If your organisation stops supporting Reforest Nation, the partnership ends.
You can still refer accurately to the contribution you made while you were an active partner, but you would no longer be able to use active partner benefits, current marketing materials, public recognition, or other

Yes. Organisations can use their partnership to support carbon offsetting goals.
We work from the conservative principle that each native tree offsets approximately 5kg of carbon per year. Once your organisation knows the amount of carbon it wants to offset, we can help estimate the number of trees needed.
For example:
1 tonne of carbon = 1,000kg
1 tree = approximately 5kg of carbon offset
1 tonne would require approximately 200 treesThis gives your organisation a simple, conservative way to connect tree planting to carbon impact.

Grove levels or higher include free personalisable tree planting certificates for staff or customers.
This can be useful if you want to connect tree planting to customers, employees, suppliers, or specific business activity.

Yes. The cost is €50 per person plus VAT.
This helps cover food, insurance, event costs, the impact of travelling to site, and additional tree planting.
